I offer the full range of domestic & commercial pool, hydrotherapy & spa servicing, maintenance & training options. My work ensures your site is working within current HSE & PWTAG guidelines for a safe, clean & efficient pool, backed up by my extensive knowledge as a NEBOSH qualified engineer.

Scheduled servicing is key to clean, safe water & to keep your equipment working optimally.

Training

I specialise in delivering site specific pool operations training to ensure standards are met.

Consultation

I am in consultation with pool builders nationwide to ensure best practices are observed.

SILVER SERVICE

  • 12 month term
  • Bi-monthly plant & dosing check
  • Full pool test records audit
  • 2x full service on chemical dosing system (labour only)
  • 1x staff training (in-house) – pool plant operation
  • 6 monthly review for pool responsible staff (5 staff max)
  • Technical phone support (subject to availability)
  • 10% discount on call-out & labour charges

GOLD Service

  • 12 month term
  • Monthly plant & dosing check
  • Full pool test records audit
  • 3x full service on chemical dosing system (labour only)
  • 2x staff training (in-house) – pool plant operation
  • 6 monthly review for pool responsible staff (5 staff max)
  • Site specific health & safety, operations & guidance updates manual
  • Technical phone support (subject to availability)
  • 20% discount on call-out & labour charges

BRONZE Service

  • 12 month term
  • Quarterly plant & dosing check
  • Full pool test records audit
  • 1x full service on chemical dosing system (labour only)
  • 1x staff training (in-house) – pool plant operation
  • 6 monthly review for pool responsible staff (5 staff max)

How I Work

My simple 3 stage process starts with your contact, moves through a phone or site consultation together & ends with another happy client.

You can call, email or contact me to discuss your requirements. All phone estimates are just that & are subject to written client confirmation &/or site visit dependent on the work required.

Plan Your Work

If you know what is required, I can plan accordingly, order parts (all parts to be paid for in advance) etc… If I believe a site visit is required then we can book a date to suit your needs.

Schedule Your Appointment

Once we’ve signed the contract & scheduled your appointment, I’ll see you at our agreed date & time. (please note: cancellations of less than 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the total work cost)

Safety of the water my clients use is my priority. Correct plant maintenance & dosing of your water is key to keeping Legionella, TVC, E-Coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa & coliforms at bay. I keep your site & water safe to HSE & PWTAG guidelines.
